The controller is Luminote P.S.A., Krakow, Poland (KRS 0001223956); the Privacy Policy gives its full address. We use the details in this form only to answer your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The enquiry goes to our mailbox; the server that handles the form stores none of it. We keep it until the matter is closed, then until the limitation period for claims has expired. The recipients are IT and e-mail providers acting on our behalf. Your e-mail address is needed to reply, and the name, organisation, topic and message tell us what you need; the phone number is optional. Your IP address is used only to limit how often the form can be sent: we keep a hash of it, in memory, for an hour from the first submission.
